SPANISH CLASS GRADING POLICY

CLASSROOM PARTICIPATION:  30%

During class, it is essential to take notes, use respectful language, complete assignments on time on VHLCentral.com, and actively participate in class discussions with classmates and the teacher.

Formative Assessments: 30%

During Spanish class, students engage in group work, participate in classroom discussions, answer weekly quizzes, and use tools such as instant checks, recordings, tutorial videos, and do-now activities.

Summative Assessments:   40%

For Spanish class with Ms. Alcorn, there will be an instructor exam, a standardized exam to test comprehension, final projects for each marking period, and a final exam.

FINAL GRADE: If the student meets all the categories              100%
